In brief:
-We will make sure that your property meets all the legislative requirements.
- We will make a professional listing for your property.
- We will carry out reference on your new tenant.
- We will provide all the necessary paperwork.
- We will carry out a professional check in and inventory.
- We will make sure the security deposit for the flat will be lodged in our scheme with The Deposit Protection Service.
- We will collect and monitor the rent on your behalf, with statements and payment to you made on an agreed schedule.
- We will contact you to let you know about legislative changes that might affect you and remind you about tenancy renewals.
